Now Hiring: Construction Production Coordinator

What You’ll Do

  • Assist in planning and coordinating commercial and residential roofing and restoration projects
  • Support Production Manager in scheduling crews 
  • Help lead and communicate with field crews to ensure quality and safety
  • Learn to manage job progress, timelines, and customer expectations
  • Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and job site professionalism

What We’re Looking For

  • Roofing and masonry experience/knowledge preferred 
  • Some leadership, foreman, or assistant-level management experience preferred
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar)
  • Good communication skills with both team members and customers
  • Ability to work at heights and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment screening
  • Able to work both in the office and comfortable on ladders/lifts/scaffolding and roofs
